Ciera was born in Majuro, Marshall Islands, but grew up in Sacramento, California. She moved to Maui in high school where she attended and graduated from Lahainaluna High School. She is currently enrolled in UHMC going from her degree in Dental Hygiene.
Ciera has a two year old son Pedro and when she is not working they love going to the beach to swim and playing at the park.
